Project prices change with each release, each tower and each payment plan. The only reliable price list is the one the developer or an appointed agent issues on the day you ask. Fill in the three fields below and we will send it on Zalo.
How it works
Pick a project and your goal and leave your Zalo number. You will receive the price list, payment options, current offers and available units. For overseas projects you also get a summary of transaction costs and the rules for foreign buyers. iqiland.com never sets prices; every figure comes from the developer or an agent.
Viewing process
- Book a show-flat visit, or a video tour for overseas projects.
- See the site: real construction progress and amenities already open.
- Ask for the floor plan, a detailed price breakdown and the draft contract.
- Pay a deposit only after the legal checks below.
Legal checks
- In Vietnam: the Department of Construction letter confirming off-plan sale eligibility, a bank guarantee, and a deposit no higher than 5%.
- Foreign buyers in Vietnam: whether the project is on the list approved for sale to foreigners.
- Overseas: the developer and agent are licensed locally; the rules for foreign buyers; a lawful way to move money.
